Pharmacy Formulary Lists
To receive your full pharmacy benefits, many insurance carriers now require that you get drugs listed on their formulary list (also called preferred drug list). Some insurance companies include their formulary list on their Web sites. Note that some insurance carriers use the terms formulary and preferred drug interchangeably.
